Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes stress reduction and
relaxation while supporting the body’s natural healing abilities. As a Reiki
practitioner, I use a gentle touch or simply place my hands near your body to channel
healing energy. This helps to unblock any stagnant energy, restore balance, and
encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

emotional challenges. It can help to promote deep relaxation, clear emotional
