As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, I offer supervision services to other
counsellors, therapists, and professionals in the helping professions. I am passionate
about guiding others in their professional and personal development, ensuring that
they are equipped to manage the emotional and psychological demands of their
work.
My Clinical Supervision follows the Seven-Eyed Model, a comprehensive and
reflective approach that provides a structured and multifaceted lens through which
supervisees can examine their work. The model encourages reflective practice and
deepens the understanding of the therapeutic process, ultimately leading to more
effective and empathetic client care.
The Seven-Eyed Model
1. The Client's World
Focusing on the client's experiences, emotions, and challenges.
2. The Work in the Room
Exploring the therapeutic process during sessions and dynamics between the therapist and the client
3. The Therapist's Internal Process
Examining the supervisee's emotional responses and self awareness during their work with clients.
4. The Therapy Relationship
Reflecting on the relational aspects of therapy, including transference and counter transference.
5. The Supervisor's Role
Understanding the supervisor's responsibility in guiding and supporting the supervisee
6. The Client's Unconcious
Exploring deeper, often unconscious dynamics that influence the therapeutic process.
7. The Wider Context
Considering external factors such as cultural, social, and environmental influences on both the client and the therapist.
Through this model, I help supervisees improve their skill, build confidence, and avoid burnout, while also ensuring they maintain a high standard of care for their clients.

Supervision sessions are a space for support, reflection, and personal growth, helping practitioners gain insight into their work and refine their professional practice.
