Helping you following the loss of a loved one with the feelings associated with grief it is normal to feel angry, sad or lonely when a loved one dies or leaves and working through your feelings with therapy can help you to come to terms with your loss. Loss is not just about death; you could be experiencing the loss of a relationship, a job or your health. Losing something or someone you love is very painful and you may experience difficult and surprising emotions such as shock, anger, grief and guilt. . I work with you to reach a healthy resolution and enable you to move on with your life.
